Our CEO was at the local Apple Store yesterday looking at some possible new equipment. He struck up a conversation with one of the techs there. It was pretty lively and jovial. During the conversation, Joe pulled out his phone to show the Quub website to the tech. Instead of our fancy site, he was greeted with an error message.

The site was down.

It has not been a fun day. So far, a lot of the site has been reconstructed but there is a long way to go. Most of the data had been lost as the backup refused to restore. Good thing we have a lot of the info stored safely in multiple spots.
